# Valumetrix™

Validating progress towards your strategic goals

## Using formal business appraisals as a method to gauge value and progress on strategy.

Knowing the value created in a business can seem like a black art. The reality is that value is where the lowest price acceptable to a vendor meets the highest price offered by the acquirer. The opportunity lies in understanding how an acquirer sees the investment.

Valumetrix provides a structured methodology to assess the state of the business from a buyer's perspective, as well as being a tool to measure how well the strategy is delivering on the owner's personal objectives.

### Valumetrix provides you with:

1. A clear understanding of what drives business valuation and saleability
2. Clarity around how the current strategy may impact value creation
3. A yardstick focused on strategic performance
